His professional journey began in Denver, Colorado, where he owned and operated a small chain of farm-to-table butcher shops. That entrepreneurial foundation ultimately led him into commercial development and a broad range of real estate disciplines, including mall and retail center leasing, landlord representation, and tenant representation for both national and regional brands.

Over the course of his career, Todd has built deep market knowledge and long-standing relationships with landlords and tenants across the eastern seaboard. He has played a key role in successful store rollouts for numerous national retailers, including Home Depot, Dollar Tree, Michaels, Petsmart, and many others.
