Todd Lornell
Principal & Founder
Todd brings more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, anchored by a career that began as a business owner before moving into commercial development and brokerage. He has built deep market knowledge and long-standing landlord and tenant relationships across the eastern seaboard, and has played a key role in store rollouts for national retailers including Home Depot, Dollar Tree, Michaels, and PetSmart.
Collin Mulcahy
President
A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Collin found his way into commercial real estate through residential property management, where he learned leasing, tenant relations, and property operations firsthand. Since joining LRE he has represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across the industrial and small-business sectors, earning a reputation for tackling complex assignments with confidence.
Michael Murray
Advisor
A STEM background led Michael into commercial real estate after a chance conversation with Worcester Polytechnic Institute alumni and an early role with one of Worcester's premier multifamily developers. Over the past decade he has built experience across leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development, property management, and asset strategy, advising investors, developers, and property owners on opportunities that create long-term value.
Faisal Yaseen
Director of IT
Faisal brings over 8 years of experience in system engineering and QA automation, advancing from System Engineer at TCS to QA Automation Engineer at Morningstar. A recognized expert in AI agent development, he has led digital transformation initiatives and built AI-powered solutions that strengthen the firm's operations and client engagement. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
