Lornell Real Estate has added two advisors to the Worcester office: Michael Reitsma and Nicholas Ceppi.

Michael Reitsma

Michael has spent more than 20 years in customer relationship management, technology and business solutions. He also invests in property himself, so he knows what an owner weighs when a deal is on the table. Before joining us he worked on a corporate real estate platform built around lease administration, which gave him a close view of how leases are tracked and where they go wrong.

Michael works with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors. His focus is evaluating investment properties, representing both sides of a sale, advising landlords, and lease administration. Reach him at 508-330-4543 or [email protected].

Nicholas Ceppi

Nick has more than 8 years in real estate. He started in apartment leasing and helped grow the portfolios he worked on. He has since worked in property management, lending and construction, so he reads a building as an operator, a lender and a builder would.

Nick focuses on multifamily and apartment leasing, property management, financing, and adding value through construction. Reach him at 774-998-9044 or [email protected].

Where commercial owners have stopped spending, why fewer buildings trade at higher prices, who owns commercial Worcester, and 2,242 acres zoned for more than is built on them.
